Dr. Jonothon Mainland attended York University where he completed his undergraduate degrees in Kinesiology & Health Sciences and Business & Economics.  During his time at York University, he also completed a certificate in Athletic Therapy & Rehabilitation.   He received his ND designation after attending a  4-year program at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM).  Dr. Mainland is currently the Medical Director for AOR, where he is involved in traveling across Canada to provide educational support and training.
